Terrible company to deal with!

Placed order on 6/26, told 7/3-7/5 as estimated arrival date. On 7/1, I emailed to check if item would arrive by 7/5. On 7/2 they said item hadn't shipped yet and they would look into and get back to me. On 7/4 they apologized and said item wont be delivered by 7/5. I immediately requested cancellation of order.. On 7/6 they sent email informing me item shipped! I immediately responded saying I had cancelled order day prior. On 7/7 my credit card was charged! Contacted my bank and am now disputing charge. What an enomous waste of my time! First time trying this company and my last! Dont waste your time with terrible customer service! Orderd same item on Amazon and got in 2 days with no problems.

Fraudulent charges on my acct

Spring continued charging my account in excess of three weeks following my two sole original orders--which were somehow listed as 'authorized recurring debit', without authorization having been provided--then insisted the charges were legitimate even though they did not match any order past or present and whose totals exceeded the amount of my original orders. Reported to my bank, all further charges from this company blocked and requested the deletion of my account including all my payment information. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM
