Utterly Useless Pointless Rubbish

Unreliable, just like the network

This app is next to useless. It does not allow users to perform a host of useful actions. When out of options, it directs users to the Live Chat application, which will then crash. But not before it insists on users entering pii information that the app could surely pass on automatically, if only Three cared about User Experience

Worked great!

I traveled to England and Spain in October. I bought a Three card for the first time. It went all very smoothly. Activation of the card in the USA took about two hours and when I had a little problem with the app I called customer service and they resolved the problem immediately. I had no trouble while in Europe whether I was in Spain or England. The only reason why I gave only four stars is because when I tried to make phone calls to the US I believed that I could use the credit that I had but I was not able to make phone calls. I did not have the time to talk to customer service so I just called the USA using WhatsApp.

Inaccurate data

Dangerously inaccurate data. I got a txt saying I had almost used up all my data. I went to the app too see how much I had left and it said over half my allowance. If I can’t trust the data, it’s basically useless to me.
