Worst customer service experience of my life
Never had any issues using the app for photo uploads. But then I attempted to order a photo book. Over 5 weeks and the order hasn’t arrived. Followed up with customer service who said they replace the book of it couldn’t be tracked. Then silence for a month. I’m now out of pocket with no photo book. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had.

Some ads remain in premium
App has many good features, unfortunately even after paying for premium, intrusive links still appear in the feed, for example ‘top baby gifts under $20’ at the tiny beans domain with (almost certainly affiliate) links to buy the products from amazon.
Less serious but still worth addressing (and previous reviews more than a year old make this same point):The feed is over populated with annoying reminders to answer questions about milestones and there is no option to turn this “feature” off.
