Can’t Login To Account

I don’t know why, but I cannot login into my account using this app. When I tried the create account function it informed me that my email was already in use. Good. It should be. But why can’t I now use my account to log into the app? I even reset my password online thinking that might fix the problem. It didn’t. I can access my tutor account just fine online. Please give me access through the app. Thanks.

VT is a scam

To all clients: You pay $65+/hour to Varsity Tutors. Your tutor gets paid $18/hour. VT takes nearly 3/4 of the fee. They do not pay their tutors' transportation fees or material fees. They force tutors to go alone to clients' houses even if the tutor feels unsafe. The materials online are not reviewed for accuracy or proofreading, so can actually be detrimental to students' learning. Pick a different tutoring service. VT is a scam company who treats its tutors like garbage.
