The girl who sold me this phone said my monthly payment would be $1.00 less per month than my original monthly payment. What happened to Verizon??

The app used to be decent. Now chat is terrible. I want to call customer service and not be sent a text every time. Can no longer swipe to remove useless cards/ads. Verizon, get your act together! Aren’t you even embarrassed or concerned about your reputation?
