Perchè non si possono mettere 0 stelle?

Per una compagnia aerea ci si aspetta molto ma molto di meglio. Prezzi che cambiano non appena si inseriscono i dati, Numero dei posti disponibili che cambia casualmente, servizio assistenza inesistente, continui errori durante pagamento e prenotazioni. Sconsiglio l'app ma soprattutto sconsiglio la compagnia!!!

Jeg måtte betale 380 norske kroner fordi håndbagasjen min var Ca 1-2 cm for brei. Pluss at det var dårlig beinplass. Service var heller ikke mye å skryte av!

Unacceptable

The app requests an update right after it was freshly downloaded from the App Store. How is that possible? My response to this was to delete the App right away!
