Good but not flawless

This program has been in use by our techs for almost 4 months. It works pretty well....most of the time. However it seems to freeze up frequently, which can waste a lot of time. It would also be nice to be able to see history from the mobile ap without having to create a dispatch first.

Don't BUY

I had to change from Sprint to ATT to get it to work in DFW area. The 13 version is better then the 12 for sure. You can't go look at old invoices or dispatches on customer which hurts the techs. They have to call office to get it. Travel, working, finished is a little bit of a pain. You have to go though two to three screens for the tech. Mobile Management section isn't as useful as it should be for a manager. It's a basic mobile dispatcher screen and should be called that. Accounting with this system is a real pain. Don't use it with Quickbooks. I made that mistake. The cost to add an office user is ridiculous. You can forget about ramping up for the season and ramping down in the office. Good luck with the accounting and getting it to work with quick books and billing. Have fun waiting for it to download prepayments that if your using quick books. Can only use a Couple credit card companies and the equipment to use them is expensive. Email keeps having trouble with sending and I have to restart the program all the time. They said it's my email service but my email is fine so you can't use it with some email services. Tech support takes hours to call you back sometimes. Good luck if your system is down and you can't figure it out. They charge you for every little add-on to the program and then charge you monthly. It makes it look cheaper but with the headaches it causes. Just buy someone else's program and spend the money. Can't do a cloud system with this program. It's too big a pain.

Lose of profit and customers.

This app is not the greatest for any company's. The display only gives you 8 calls so you can't get parts for all calls because they are hidden until you close out calls. That waste gas loss of profit. When entering statues you can not tell what time you checked in or out. Slow log in and loading times loss of profit. When parts are needed and call is closed out the office has to search for the call to find it loss of profit. It calms to increase profit this system will loss profit over and over time after time and lose customers because you are not retuning to install parts.

IOS7 alert must read

As soon as you update the iPhones to the IOS7, ESC doesn't work. Still waiting for a update. All my techs have iPhones. I feel like someone should be working on this.....?

Good app if they can keep it working

We have been Esc users for a few years and love the mobile, however it goes down about every month which is a huge inconvenience for our entire field staff. You should not charge a monthly fee for an item you can't keep up and working!

We have been using ESC mobile for several months now and are really impressed. Change is not easy, but the support has been super, including interfacing with QB & FLAT RATE PLUS.
