If you receive benefits from Louisiana Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT), the Louisiana Purchase EBT Card mobile app is a safe, convenient, and easy way for you to access your benefit information and reach Customer Service through your mobile device at no charge.
Simply login with your secure account information, and manage your benefits at the touch of a button, at your convenience, as well as reach Customer Service without having to leave the app to place a phone call.
Managing your benefits and contacting Customer Service is easy, and available 24 hours every day directly from the app – giving you quicker service on your own time.
•Check your SNAP (food stamp) balance
•Check your Cash balance
•See your pending deposits
•Manage your PIN
•See your last 10 transactions
•Disable a lost or stolen card
•Chat with a Customer Service Agent directly in the app with text, voice recording, and picture uploads
With the app, there’s never any hold time. Most issues can be completed by you, with a few self-service clicks in the app. If you need to chat with an agent, just enter your request and hit send, and go about your day. When an agent is available or has addressed your issue, you will receive a notification on your device (like a text alert) and can start back up exactly from where you left off when you are ready. No hold times, because your time is very important!
Account login information and your email are required to set up your account profile and log in to use the app.
Customer service agents are available for chat 24 hours every day, and will respond to your request as soon as possible.
There is no charge for using the mobile app, but data rates may apply.
