The app is a good step in the right direction, allowing ticket purchasing and calendar viewing. It can be improved in the following areas: - enable export/synchronization of the purchased performances between the app and the iCalendar - incorporate electronic tickets accessible thought the Passbook on iPhone - allow to purchase and customize subscription series - enable ticket exchange/donation - incorporate parking discount feature - add performance samples/extracts and link them to the iTunes store from My Account section - incorporate performance booklet information (about performers, composers and performances) with links to Wikipedia - concert update/performance changes should be in the news section as well as having a push notification feature with email - expand the app to iPad I hope to see these improvements in the upcoming updates.

I just wanted a way to see the schedule. I want to know the whole program, including the conductor and guest soloists. A picture of a musician is not helpful (eg bass clarinetist and Also Sprach). This would indicate some guest conductor known more for playing bass clarinet or that another possibly extremely interesting piece is on the program. Of course the app does not enable me to discover more information, I could however buy tickets if I want to be surprised by the rest of the concert. I don't want surprises, however. Recently cso has left the Solti legacy behind and responds well to guest conductors (the over blowing brass is even vastly improved!). I want to know who is conducting because, as with the few truly great orchestras of the world, it matters! I also want to know if also Sprach is paired with Hindemith or Mozart. It matters and will influence whether or not I purchase tickets.
