The first transformation took place in the space of a few years: thanks to a very dynamic business philosophy, aware of rapid changes in the market, winning commercial and marketing strategies were adopted.

Therefore GIOCHI PREZIOSI added to its brand distribution the production of toys, both for national and foreign markets, initiating an activity that has established the company at local and international level.

GIOCHI PREZIOSI has continued to grow over the past 20 years and, thanks to a successful acquisition policy, has taken control over the most important Italian toy companies such as MIGLIORATI, CEPPI RATTI, and GIG, thus becoming the absolute leader Group in the Italian market.

In recent years the PREZIOSI GROUP has implemented a significant expansion process diversifying its activities towards new sectors and markets.
