Tax free organized alleged scams

In countries with 25% VAT/20% tax return: premier tax free offers 13,5% refund. Global Blue 13%. We are talking almost 40% service fee. This only exist since governments have outsourced legal refund of taxes to private companies. Before I could get the full tax refund from the government but now we are forced to use 3 part companies or directly dealing with the sale point. Direct dealing sale point: you buy for example EU, travel home outside EU. Send the stamped recipient to the store and they refund the money. It’s more or less impossible. In my opinion, that is legal to think: this is legalized organized crime.

Garbage

App doesn’t allow you to enter and track refunds despite supposedly having the capacity to do so. When you contact customer service you get an auto reply saying they have have a large number of Enquiries and will take 5-7 days to respond. But they don’t. Interestingly, a number of brands have shifted away from Premier to Global Blue (whose app does work incidentally).
