Hard to trust a credit card company that uses this service
It is ridiculous that I even have to give this review one star in order to submit this. If I had my way this review would reflect zero. I have had this app for quite some time and it has never worked once. I have yet to redeem any points using this service. The website is almost impossible to use and very inconvenient to try to log into an order to search products. Multiply that by 100 when it comes to using the app. The app is nothing but a marketing ploy to try and appear like they can keep up with today's technology and demand. This app/service will need a major update in order to catch up to today's technology and consumer expectations. This has been a major reason why I have switched companies/credit card services

Is this a scam?
After reading the agreement, I decided not to sign up. The CUrewards web sight is very complicated, so I tried this as an alternative to the website. READ THE FINE PRINT in the agreement, it seemed like a scam to me. The personal information this app requires from you is invasive, and unnecessary. Too whom, and how they sell your personal information, felt wrong... after reading all the other reviews.... I will pass....

This App stinks!
Hourglasses and freezes up constantly plus the system to earn points seems kind of lame as far as I can tell from using the app. You earn rewards from shopping at a few stores and not shopping in general? Oh well!

Please update
This app is a nice concept for someone with the rewards debit card but it needs work. The login password should be fingerprint or should be able to be saved. Once you login and start going to things there are BLANK pages!!! The act to earn page is blank the best sellers is blank and etc. can we get a reason as to why it's blank??? Also it would be nice to have a way to know how you accrue points with purchases.
