Trop de bugs, lenteur absolue... Snif le widget iOS
Nouvelle app qui a l’air plus complète mais à l’usage... On a perdu en performance, en simplicité (calendrier), le widget iOS... Y’a aussi une flèche retour étrange en haut à gauche dans l’onglet mes billets... Je n’arrive même pas à accéder à mes billets, ça charge à l’infini ! Je retourne sur l’ancienne app et tenterai l’expérience plus tard ! Espérons que la qualité habituelle soit au rendez-vous mais là ce n’est absolument pas le cas...

Toujours pas d’amélioration de mon côté, j’ai commencé à migrer sur Oui SNCF, difficilement c’est pas encore top leur affaire... :(
Vous voulez pas nous écouter et nous faire revenir sur l’ancienne app ? Plutôt que de payer des gens pour avoir 5 étoiles alors que vous ne les valez pas...

Je fais partie des premiers utilisateur de anciennement captain train, toujours satisfaite ( voire émerveillée) par la lisibilité de l’expérience d’achat de ticket, et la qualité du service client qui n’a pas cessé d’augmenter au fil des ans.
Malheureusement depuis la migration vers l’appli européenne Trainline c’est un vrai cauchemar d’ux, on ne comprends rien aux remboursements partiels avec 2 doublons de billet créés pour un seul trajet et une impossibilité d’avoir l’information du prix de chaque segment de trajet. Je vais définitivement migrer vers l’app sncf un peu dégoûtée de cette expérience...
